2. Eligibility

3. Enrollment and Registration

3.1 Application Process

You must complete the enrollment application form and provide all required documentation. Acceptance into programs is subject to availability and meeting eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your student account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Course Access and Content

4.1 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our course materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4.2 Intellectual Property

All course content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, code, logos, and software, is the property of Saylani Mass IT Training Program or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our explicit written permission.

5. Student Conduct

As a student, you agree to:

  • Maintain regular attendance and participate actively in classes
  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect
  • Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or bullying
  • Not cheat, plagiarize, or engage in any form of academic dishonesty
  • Follow the rules and regulations of the training center
  • Not disrupt classes or interfere with others' learning
  • Use facilities and equipment responsibly
  • Not share course materials without authorization

6. Fees and Payment

Many of our courses are offered free of charge as part of our welfare mission. For courses that require fees, payment terms will be clearly communicated during enrollment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Attendance and Completion

7.1 Attendance Requirements

Students must maintain a minimum attendance rate (typically 80%) to remain enrolled in the program. Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the course.

7.2 Certificates

Certificates of completion will be issued to students who successfully complete all course requirements, including attendance, assignments, and examinations. Certificates remain the property of Saylani Mass IT Training Program and may be revoked if obtained fraudulently.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your enrollment at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Academic dishonesty
  • Misconduct or disruptive behavior
  • Failure to meet attendance requirements
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Any behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of others

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our courses and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • That our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Specific outcomes or job placement after course completion
  • The accuracy or completeness of course content
  • That defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saylani Mass IT Training Program, its trustees, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or enrollment in our programs.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saylani Mass IT Training Program and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi, Pakistan.

16. Severability
